Return Policy

RETURN POLICY. We hope you love your purchase but if for any reason you need to return an item, you will receive store credit.
We offer online store credit for all eligible returns. Online Store credits are not eligible to be redeemed in our store front locations. All items must be returned to us in the original, unworn condition. Returns must be received within 14 days. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item as we do not refund shipping charges. We will email you once the online store credit has been issued.


Items Eligible for Return:

Online merchandise returned within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
Items must have original tags attached
Items must be stain and odor free (deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, etc.)
Shoes must be returned inside their original shoe box (with no signs of wear).

ITEMS DISCOUNTED 40% OR MORE ARE A FINAL SALE. No Exceptions. All items listed in Last Chance Category are also ineligible for return.

DAMAGES: All damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. Email photos to: orders@shopsassyfrass.com.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless return is due to warehouse error or a damaged item.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, please note the requested size on your original packing slip. Should the requested size be available, we will make the swap and send the new size out. If unavailable, we will issue credit to the platform (web/app) where the item was purchased. You will be notified via email once credit is processed
